Have a home project? IBS offers project management services with the right direction to tools and professionals for your home project. Most projects can be 80% done by IBS. We strive in making our customers feel comfortable with a project turning into a workplace.

To get started, this is your guide on how IBS operates and what we need from you!

Phase 1 - Email below your first & last name, address, phone #, and lots of photos. We will text you back with a date we can come out to get measurements. Keep in mind products. Products you like and vision for the project. We will not work with homeowners that decide IBS can read your mind. We normally like to come back with simple sketches or example pictures to have a better understanding and common ground of the vision. 

Phase 2 - After discussing the project you will receive an estimate for the project and a contract agreement. Both those papers will have the price for all the materials and labor accounted for. If material is being provided for by a homeowner we will not account for it in our estimate or contract agreement. We will need both the estimate & contract agreement to be signed, and 10% of the estimate paid upfront before the project can begin. 

Phase 3 - Normally, there's about 4 steps. Your project could be unique, but for most, it's a 4 stage process of labor. First is demolition. Second is the rough and subcontractors. Third is finishes. Forth stage is the clean up! Innovative building services loves to leave places cleaner then when they showed up.

 Phase 4 - Payment, payment can be done one of three ways. Cash, check, and virtual. IBS has the ability to send a link that allows customers to enter card information or banking information without IBS ever knowing the formation.
