Cabinetry
$95 per pre built cabinet
$115 per half built cabinet
$140 per disassembled cabinet
This includes Vanities nightstands, and California closets. After the price is determined by cabinets, toe kick, scribe, and handles/ knobs can be installed with this price. Crown and cabinetry trim detail will be priced out as trim.
If you have steel studs; anchors will be needed and included as a material in your estimate.
Pre built cabinets means the cabinets come assembled with the doors and hinges attached to the main frame of the cabinet. Half built cabinets is vise versa of pre built cabinets. Disassembled cabinets come typically in pieces (even the frame) and this leaves lots of room for error and takes up time not only for us but for your projects as well.
Trim
$1.75 per linear foot
Trim pertains to crown, base, chair rail, and shiplap! When we trim we shoot for quality and here we shoot our 18 ga nails into every stud and glue the backside of all trim with interior gorilla construction glue.
Custom trim projects can be more and we're eager to see what your project is. Trim is our bread and butter. The thing that not only keeps us going, but is what we genuinely find satisfying at the end of our work days.
Doors
$110 per door
$85 per Interoir pre hung door
$95 per Exterior pre hung door
These prices all include installing the door handles, door stops and hinges (if needed). Included in this price is the demo or disassembly of your old doors. We keep everything transparent here and we will add on $10 each door if the new door we're installing is over 100lbs.
Rough Framing
$15 per linear foot
Pertaining mostly to building walls; sometimes you might have a half wall you need built to support a bar in your basement kitchen. That wall will still be priced out as rough framing. The height of your wall does not affect this price. Bottom plate of your exterior home walls, 2x4's exposed to the elements, and walls built on concrete slabs need to have treated lumber.
